Flush-Mount Encapsulation

The standard depth recessed crawl space vent cover installs flush into your foundation opening to create a clean, permanent seal for encapsulation or conditioning projects. With a 1¼" recess depth, this cover replaces standard 8" × 16" air vents or automatic vents, mounting from inside the crawl space to eliminate outdoor air infiltration and prevent moisture, mold, and air quality issues.

Sizing Guidance

This recessed cover fits standard 8" × 16" foundation openings. If your opening is slightly larger, smaller, or irregular, consider our Outward Mounted Vent Cover which accommodates more size variation.
