lock hole for pin is fragile, it can easily broke, you cannot just pull the pin, it's threaded, you have to rotate the plastic pin screw longer, not just pull out and in,

The soild door, I call the hatch, works great with the encapsulated crawlspace. I should have ordered a insulated one but I didn't so I insulated it myself. It seals up perfectly looks great. Price was right. I would have liked it to have spring loaded pins instead of plastic bolts to secure it to the frame. That's why I gave 4 stars. Highly recommend product and seller.

The door is perfect. We fixed our issues with water getting into the crawlspace. We installed the door, removed the window well and concrete. Then we graded a slope towards our french drain system. Added gravel in the area we graded as well as a small drain that leads to the french drain. Thank you so much for all of your help. Your door is fantastic. High reviews coming from me for sure. Love your company and the staff
