How long do I have to return my item?

Any item(s) purchased from Crawl Space Door Systems, Inc. may be returned within 60 days. Item(s) must be returned in same condition as purchased, in original box, and all hardware included (screws, anchors, nylon pins, nylon nuts).

If any hardware is not returned there is a $ 5.00 charge which will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping cost for returned items?

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. We suggest you ship item(s) back Fed Ex or UPS.

Once, item(s) are returned to Crawl Space Door Systems, Inc. we will refund your full purchase cost.

I want to exchange an item?

Item(s) may be exchanged for other item(s) if original purchased item(s) are returned in same condition as purchased, in original box, and all hardware included (screws, anchors, nylon pins, nylon nuts).

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Once, item(s) is received Crawl Space Door Systems, Inc. will ship new item(s). Customer is responsible for shipping cost of new item(s) shipped and difference in price of new item(s). If value of shipping and new item(s) cost is less than original purchase customer will receive a refund for that difference.

I need replacement parts?

If product(s) is under year warranty Crawl Space Door Systems, Inc. will ship item at no charge with proof of purchase.
