WHAT WE WILL CHECK:

When we visit your home or business to assess your crawl space we will:

• Walk around the outside looking for drainage problems, the location & size of crawlspace doors & determine if they are blocked and/or working properly.
• We'll get inside your crawlspace & check for signs of damage caused by too much moisture caused by ground or rain water, condensation, leaking plumbing or poor ventilation.
• We'll take moisture readings of the wood under your home with a Protimeter.
• We'll look for signs of rot, mold or fungus.

WHAT WE MAY SUGGEST:

After we assess your crawlspace performance we will:

• Determine how additional ventilation could correct any moisture problem.
• Determine the best way to enhance the ventilation of the crawlspace.
• Suggest fan systems if appropriate.
• Determine which crawlspace doors and vents need replaced, resized or repaired.
• Show you where any air flow problems are in your crawl space.
