DOORS:
This crawlspace door is used for crawlspace foundation ventilation in the summer and closing the crawlspace foundation in the winter. It is also excellent for closed, sealed, encapulated or conditioned crawlspace applications. The crawlspace doorlid can be easily insulated for cold climates. The doorplate is a one-piece construction designed to fit eight standard sizes and many other sizes. They are made of durable PVC/ABS plastic (no rust or rot) with a UV retardant. The crawlspace door is excellent for repairing, remolding and new construction. The crawlspace foundation door comes with a doorplate, vermin screen, louver, lid and installation hardware. The louver and lid are attached to the doorplate by inserting a plastic pin through each side of the doorplate. Product benefits include quick and easy installation with an outside flange that mounts directly to the outside surface of the foundation wall, and an inside flange that retains the vermin screen, louver and doorlid. The door allows easy crawlspace access. The doors can be painted with paint made specifically for plastic.

Crawlspace ventilation reduces crawlspace moisture, mold, radon and odors. The crawlspace foundation vents can be easily insulated for cold climates. The crawlspace foundation vent comes with a vent plate, vermin screen, louver, lid and installation hardware. The louver and lid are attached to the vent plate by inserting a plastic pin through each side of the vent plate. Product benefits include quick and easy installation with an outside flange that mounts directly to the outside surface of the foundation wall, and an inside flange that retains the vermin screen, lounver and cover. This is the only large CFM fan with a low amperage rating in the market specifically designed for the crawlspace that meets OSHA standards. The shutter has a tie bar to reduce shutter flapping and opening on windy days. The floating shutters prevent rain and cold air from entering the crawlspace. No costly electrician needed! The fan has a high performance rating and is easy to install. All models have an OHSA grill on the intake and exhaust side of the blade so they can be mounted at any height. The motors are energy efficient and totally enclosed for moisture prone areas and maintenance free operation. The fan has a corrosion resistant frame and aluminum shutter.

The portable crawlspace fan is designed to direct air flow into hard to reach areas and create jet streams. The portable fan frame is made of very durable ABS plastic. The fan has a safety chrome grill on the intake and exhaust sides of the fan blade that meets OSHA standards. The fan frame comes a part for easy entrance through the crawl space door. The fan frame and base are held together by a specially designed channel that eliminates the need for fasteners. The crawlspace vent cover is excellent for closed, encapsulated, sealed or conditioned crawlspace applications. The crawlspace vent cover permanently seals the existing vent from the outside to stop unwanted outside air from entering the crawlspace, while covering ugly vents with an attractive panel. The crawlspace vent cover can easily be installed with screws or adhesive. The crawlspace vent cover can be easily insulated by gluing R-rated material to the inside of the cover.
